Yes. Our ties are handmade in Italy using traditional methods and high-quality silk. The collection includes classic patterns, stripes and contemporary designs. Please check each product description for its material and specifications.
You will receive an order confirmation by email, including your order number and purchase details. Please quote this number when contacting us. If you need an invoice, request it when placing your order and check that your billing details are correct.
To request a return, email info@adties.com within 14 days of receiving your order, or the last item if your order arrives in separate deliveries. Include your order number so we can identify your purchase.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please keep the original packaging, labels and accessories, and return the item in its original condition. Contact us for return instructions.
Our collection includes both pre-tied and self-tie bow ties. A pre-tied bow tie comes with the bow already formed, making it easy to put on. A self-tie bow tie is tied by hand, allowing you to create your own knot. Check the product description to choose the type you prefer.
